Why It Matters

Game updates can cause compatibility issues, potentially leading to server crashes depending on how the mod works. This service is ideal for long-term support and is also helpful if you experience sudden issues, like bugs, due to changes in your project or third-party dependencies, all with a predictable cost structure.

Scope of Support

Only projects I have personally created are eligible for this service. I support all Source engine games that allow SourceMod or another form of modding, such as Lua scripting or Binary Modules in Garry’s Mod.

Included Services

Maintenance & Updates: Regular bug fixes and game data updates to keep the project functional. I review server binaries after game updates to check for necessary changes and monitor logs for errors, especially those caused by API updates. Any code changes will be reflected in the GitHub repository.

Community Support & Interaction: Engaging with your player base on platforms like Discord or forums, while also providing direct communication with you for questions, discussions, and feedback.

Minor Tweaks & Adjustments: Small tweaks to code, design, or behavior—like adjusting visuals or modifying features—provided they fall within the scope of ongoing support.

Issue & Bug Tracking: Tracking and resolving bugs reported by you or the community, with priority given to critical issues and server crashes for timely fixes.

Ongoing Communication & Fast Response: I’ll keep you informed on progress, issues, and concerns as they arise. Support inquiries and bug reports will be addressed within 48 hours.
